Refund policy

We accept returns on all products provided they are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Before approving a return, we may request photos to confirm that the item is in acceptable condition. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs and for ensuring that the item is securely packaged so it arrives in the same condition it was delivered.

Because of the nature and popularity of the products we sell, there is a high risk of counterfeit or tampered items being returned. For this reason, we cannot accept or refund any opened products under any circumstances. If an item is returned to us and does not meet our condition requirements, it will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
